These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Source IT by DC website and the purchase of products and services from Source IT by DC.

Source IT by DC provides ICT equipment, software, cybersecurity solutions, networking equipment, professional consulting, installation services, managed services, technical support, and related technology solutions.

  • All quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
  • Prices are subject to change after quotation expiry.
  • Availability is subject to supplier stock.
  • Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until accepted by both parties.

Orders become effective only after written confirmation by Source IT by DC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, supplier shortages, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices may exclude applicable taxes.
  • Shipping, delivery, installation, and customs charges may be quoted separately.
  • Prices may change due to currency exchange fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or import costs.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Ownership of goods remains with Source IT by DC until payment has been received in full.

Source IT by DC shall not be liable for delays resulting from these circumstances.

Where installation or professional services are purchased:

  • Customers must provide safe access to the worksite.
  • Required electrical, network, or structural readiness remains the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Returns are subject to manufacturer policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Products may not be eligible for return if:

  • They have been opened or used.
  • They are special-order items.
  • They were custom configured.
  • Manufacturer seals have been broken.

Any approved return may be subject to restocking fees where applicable.

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.

Source IT by DC will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims but does not replace or extend manufacturer warranties unless expressly stated.

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain appropriate backups before service work.
  • Obtain necessary software licences.
  • Use products lawfully.
